There are two ways to look up calls made to our support team.
1. If you already have open tickets with us, you can access them by creating a password using the "Sign in" button on any page in our Knowledge Base.
Click on "Get a password".
Set a password and follow the next steps so you can check your requests.
2. If you don't have an open ticket with us yet and want to open an account for follow-up, just sign up! After opening a ticket, your history will be available when you want to consult.

Click on "Sign up".
